Yes, it does.
Dynamics ATS is installed directly within your Microsoft environment and is registered with Microsoft Entra. This ensures that both the application and its data are fully governed by your Microsoft Entra security settings.
Additionally, the application’s data is stored in your Dataverse tables, in the region of your choice—by default, this corresponds to the region where your Microsoft 365 tenant is hosted. This setup allows our customers to take full advantage of the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Entra Security features to meet their specific security and data retention requirements.
Key data privacy regulations supported include:
GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) - Applies to organizations that process personal data of individuals in the European Union.
CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) - Protects the privacy rights of California residents.
HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) - Applicable for healthcare organizations and protecting health information.
LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados) - Brazil’s data protection law similar to GDPR.
Australian Privacy Act - Covers the protection of personal information in Australia.
By integrating with Microsoft Entra and the Power Platform, Dynamics ATS allows customers to benefit from Microsoft's adherence to these and other privacy standards, ensuring robust data protection, secure access controls, and regulatory compliance.
